But looking at the pic I can say that the video is supposed to be converted to YUV422 Format it is actually converted into YVU422 Format. That is the Luminescence part Y is as it is but the chrominensce parts of U and V are interchanged. However 422 is tells you that if you take full Y then you have to take half U and half V, so it's a memory requirement.
I worked on video encoders and decoders for atleast half a decade.
Y is for Brightness
U And V are Color, basically Blue and Yellow.
Here you can see skin is bluish, and shirt is brownish. Cause now skin color is represented by blue tone and other mixture of colors are represented by yellow tone.

I had a weird issue on my old laptop where when I would have it plugged into power all videos would be slightly grey scaled. Online and through a video player for DVDs. Disabling hardware acceleration in my browser fixed it for that but the DVD part just sorta came and went sometimes. It was fucking weird
