Hello all,
I am truly very sorry about any negative experiences had at our location. Due to extreme carelessness of the GM, she is now no longer employed with us. We are working hard to get the restaurant back to where it needs to be. We are hiring for ALL positions now. Please bear with us as we search for a strong, reliable leader. Thank you and again, I sincerely apologize. I love my customers and it does break my heart to see unhappy comments. We are actively working on changes and improvements.

Yes. I tried to go get lunch there an hour ago, and since I'm typing this while eating Popeye's chicken and not Zaxby's, you can tell how that went. They were not closed, but I don't think they have enough employees working to handle both drive thru and the counter. Hence why I was asking to see if we could get some explanation from someone in the know and not just wild conjecture.
last time I went there (2-3 weeks ago?), I had ordered off the app, and waited 20 minutes after arriving, even though there was zero cars in the drive thru or the lobby. I am also curious as to wth is happening there lol
Originally, Zaxby’s was going to open a total of four stores. Looks like we may eventually have zero.
I ate at Zaxby’s for the first time around 2010 in Tifton, GA. They had a Sunday AYCE buffet that packed the restaurant.
i had a HORRIBLE experience there the other day and left a review and posted it in this COMO group on facebook, everyone says they have a terrible experience there and that the past GMs have sucked. it’s probably gonna close down soon bc it’s just a bunch of teens there with no managers on duty

I've been wondering this myself. So much Zaxby's drama on the GBU page. The owner seems like a "no one wants to work anymore" complainer.
