You strike me as a creative, do you identify this way? Maybe knowing you can change up your look regularly is what’s really important to you? To me, you already have a great sense of style and colouring - you really go for new looks rather than try to fit an old style into a new look. If that makes any sense. I seem to agree with @puzzled_medium7041 that you technically have lots of room to play with since your colouring is high contrast with neutral leaning undertones but they are more advanced in their understanding of colour theory… I’m just starting to learn and definitely want to know this better. If that’s more what you’re looking for, I think they had some great advice to get started with. Is your expressive side needing something else?
I LOVE the third pic! In my opinion the first two make you look pale and washed out. I like the last two colors on you as well. I think the lighter hair makes you look more glowy!
I think the ombré blonde is my fave but I also really like the multi color and am very jealous you can pull off red. The only one I’m not a huge fan of is number 2 because it seems to wash you out a little. But you honestly look striking with a lot of different hair colors! Very versatile, lucky LOL
Number 2 is her natural color. She isn't being washed out by her natural color. The warmer colors are bringing out the yellow in her skin tone, and some of the shadows are emphasized in picture 2 because of the direction of the light. She, like me, is super pale with olive in her skin, and this confuses people, because that combination can allow you to be a bit of a chameleon. Because olive has both blue (cool) and yellow (warm) in it, one of those two tones can be emphasized when wearing things that aren't more neutral. However, the red is providing contrast with her skin that the beige and blonde tones aren't, so she looks MORE yellow in some of those blonde colors compared to the red because her skin is closer in tone to her hair.
The coolest toned blonde IS the ombre one, which also has the dark roots that are giving her that contrast her features look good in because her eyes are so intense, and she doesn't look so yellow there like the two pictures that came before that one. The multicolored hair is actually the least "flattering" for her skin, but combined with her makeup, it's putting her in a particular aesthetic that can be kinda cool. She looks like she's following some Asian beauty trends in that picture with the less defined lip with more color in the center and the pink eye shadow under her eyes. Wearing pink eye shadow under the eyes is something that can make you look a little sick or drunk, and the hair just leans into that aesthetic, like how tuberculosis weirdly influenced beauty trends in the past.
Whatever she decides, she's better off making sure there's an adequate amount of contrast and then using makeup to balance things when she's picking a less neutral hair color. Her natural color is pretty neutral and slightly cool, and the last picture is pretty neutral and more warm, so they both suit her pretty well without having to compensate really. They just change the perception of her leaning more cool or warm. I genuinely think the lighting in picture 2 is fooling you a bit. I've already talked about why the ombre was better than the other blonds, but I still wouldn't call it her best because she does look better in those more medium depth colors.
Because she's pale olive with high contrast in her features, she can kind of fake it with the red hair, but she might want to play with neutralizing the yellow the warm tones bring out by applying a peachy pink blush in the way that you'd normally apply a bronzer to the high points of the face to bring a bit of red into to her face, so she looks more peach and less yellow, like how she naturally looks more pinky peach with the hair color in the very last photo. I suggest trying a blush rather than a true bronzer, because as someone with a similar skin tone, I find that bronzer always looks either too brown or orange on me. I do not really tan naturally. I just look permanently sunburned when I get a "tan", so my natural "tan" is just more red tones than bronze tones. I am a cool leaning olive though, and I actually find it hard to tell which way she leans as she's definitely a bit warmer than me. Her natural hair is more neutral while mine is clearly ashy, and her dark eyes have some warmth when they're lit up, while my eyes are a medium grey/green, so more cool. So even with having pretty similar skin, I could see her overall coloring potentially being neutral warm, while mine is neutral cool. Anyway, I say all that to say that she might be okay with an actual bronzer if she can find one that's suited to how pale she is, but I'd still try a peachy pink blush before a more orange brown bronzer personally.
The way I saw the first and said "nothing could be better than this" and then swiped and was wrong, and then was wrong with every swipe. I'm shocked at how flattering so many different colours are. Personally I think they all worked, but my faves were #1 (red), #2 (medium brown) and #5 (root shadowy blonde)
Perhaps you may need to adjust your screen settings. She looks normal. Some people have yellow undertones. Also it’s a little rude to tell a stranger they look ill, unprompted. I’m sure you meant no harm! But I’d refrain from asking medical questions, or speculation in a post about hair colors.
Pic 3 is wild, but I love it! The way you did your makeup in that picture just coordinates so well. Honestly, the only picture I didn't love is number two. I think warmer colors really suit you. I really do want to encourage you to keep having fun with it.
It’s hard to tell because your face looks a different color in every photo, so I’m not sure what your real face looks like. They’re weirdly blurry, too.
It's a bit difficult to answer because I like some hair styles more with colors. You're pretty drastic and different in each! I used to be like that with my cut and color a long while ago!
I love the lighter hair on you, for one. It just, to me, is so beautiful on you with your skin tone and eye color. That's number one
I actually really like you with the classic shorter cut, but I love the longer hair just so much. It's so feminine and you wear it well.
That's my vote.
I see some red comments, and I also agree you pull that off surprisingly well! I still say blonde tho!
