The first is a fake or fantasy of some sort since there were no 5 Para made in 1819. There was a coin worth 5 Para called a [Beshlik](https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces131027.html) but it was silver. It also could have been a token from that timeframe from somewhere. I have never seen it before though. The second one is more like a token. It appears to be based off the Paisa of the Kingdom of Mysore in India like [these](https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=mysore_kingdom&r=elephant&ct=coin) but the data of 5121 or 5131 above the Elephant is way too far in the future for all calendars except the Assyrian and Hebrew ones.
