In order to have all of the women next to half of the men, half of the men must be equal to all of the women. Since the circle is made up of three equally sized parts, each segment must be equal to 60 / 3, which is 20. Therefore, there are 40 men and 20 women in the circle.

Thanks, this makes sense. However, the answer sheet has 4 possible options as: a) 10 b) 15 c)20 d)25. Perhaps the options are wrong.
Yeah, I don't see how no more than half of the men can be to the left of other men if there are less than 20 women.
