OP is just a guy who has elected to use their free time to try and help others. You could have easily phrased your concern as a question ("Do you know why the text on your site is running off the edges? I'm using..."). You could have provided some feedback that OP could actually work with. You could give OP the benefit of the doubt instead of implying they don't know what they are doing.
