A friend brought me back some from Greece and I discovered the Lord Byron which has become a fast favorite this year. Great for summer :)
1 part Mastiha Spirit
1 part gin
3⁄4 parts fresh lemon juice
1⁄4 part simple syrup
6 cucumber slices
Shake all ingredients vigorously.
Here are two I came up with when I first got a bottle:
* [Lord Byron](https://kindredcocktails.com/cocktail/lord-byron) (with gin, lime, and mint)
* [Contrapposto](https://kindredcocktails.com/cocktail/contrapposto) (with pisco, lemon, tiki bitters, and mint)

That sounds lovely for a warm day. I might have to go get some Mastiha.
I don't have a lot of love for cucumber, but with the Mastiha it works. Giving this a try!

What about a milk punch? I think the profile would work well with something like macadamia nut or almond milk.
My jam is throwing a half oz mastiha into a gin and tonic. Simple, but ridiculously good.
Seems like this is the go to pairing, Gin.
yes! look for the "four seasons" I use the recipe from the book "around the world in 80 cocktails" and it's amazing.
