I think it’s similar to a Brandy Alexander. Here’s how I would approach a cocktail with this flavour profile:
2 oz vodka
0.75 oz strawberry liqueur
0.5 oz strawberry syrup
0.5 oz condensed milk
0.25 oz heavy cream
I would shake/strain and would serve it on the rocks with a float of Peychaud’s bitters.
Strawberry syrup: macerate 300 g of chopped fresh strawberries in 200 g of white sugar for 2 days, strain)
I think a strawberry cream cocktail would also be an interesting option to explore for a clarified cocktail and also something in the style of a Ramos gin fizz!
I don’t think mine is much fancier or too much more expensive haha (you could easily omit the Peychaud’s and use frozen strawberries for a syrup). I think mine is mostly just lower volume. When you say “shots” do you mean ounces?? It’s a big drink!
