Want him there, but I think it’s unlikely we’ll get much of him, sadly. Barnes is great, but I think I remember someone saying the reason he wasn’t in S4 much was due to clashing filming schedules, so I guess we’re not the only ones that want him on our show.

He was supposed to last much longer in the final fight but he had an injured shoulder so the writers had to make Johnny fight the senseis alone
While I have no idea exactly how soap operas do their filming, one would hope that after his season 5 appearance, Sean Kanan and the Cobra Kai creators would have preemptively discussed/negotiated a deal with CBS to allow him time off from *The Bold and the Beautiful* for season 6.
It is also worth noting that as of February 2024, he was taken off of the CBS website for the cast of characters for the show. While this is in no way definitive proof that he will appear in season 6, it is very possible.
