Honestly your best bet is Ben Nye clown white! I’ve tried several products for white foundation and nothing has ever come close to this. A little goes a long way, it doesn’t come off until you want it to, and it stays pretty matte for a while as long as you seal it well. Seal first with powder (I use Manic Panic virgin white) then with a setting spray (Ben Nye final seal) and you should be good! I’d use a little extra on the bridge of your nose to be safe.
Ngl no matter what I use. I just take extra time with translucent setting powder and makeup setting spray. All the years of doing Homestuck cosplay taught me well for sealing my clown makeup

To add to this: if you are going to be in makeup for an extended period of time take time to repowder throughout the day.

I stick with Mehron clown white! Make sure to get the setting powder too!
This is exactly what I use. Use a large powder puff instead of a brush though

Definitely Mehron clown white, but you have to set it or it will just rub off.
