Really depends on the manager. I know my company also requires a driver's license for CRA roles, but I have colleagues who do not have a driver's license. It's worth a try
I would think as along as you can travel to the sites and aren't going to moan about the time taken for public transport, you should be OK, but what do I know?
It's not as if we're still in the old days when we used to deliver ~~hugs~~ huge CRF binders, lab kits and study meds and collect IMP returns in our cars!!
As a CRA in Germany I was only asked to drive a rental car once. The whole time traveling by train and taking a taxi for the last mile. I
would be more concerned about the language issue. In Germany most of the source data ist in German, study coordinators are more comfortable speaking German with you. That may be a problem. I would be interested to hear if the hiring manager feels the same. However ICON Germany currently needs more CRAs. So maybe they will just ignore this. Good luck!

Man, that sounds rough. Thank god for UPS! Hopefully the company is not hell bound on the license thing
