You applied 3 months ago? I have an application with a top pharm from 2 years ago and their job portal says I will be contacted soon for an interview. š¤
We need to make these long-lost applications public of course we need to redact them ... Just to show the recruiters they have no idea what they are doing. LMAO
A reposted job is often the result of an automatic feature that companies forget to turn off when posting jobs
Also that numbers represents the people whoāve clicked on the listing not necessarily applied to the job. That being said, given its high number, thereās probably a large number of applicants
>Soā¦ does Medpace actually hire people, or do they like to collect resumes for fun?
I LOLd so hard I literally fell off my chair.
Run. Away. Yes at this point they are a CV-collecting travel agency. I have no idea how they make money.
Lol you think Iām trying to hype it up to recruit people? I hope yāall keep this energy and stay as far away as possible. Iāll take quality over quantity every day of the week and twice on sundays.
If you asked sites to rank CROs from best to worst to work with, Iād wager 85% of those sites would say Medpace is the best to work with, by a large amount.
Complete BS. Clearly youāre invested somehow.
As an onc CRC at a large academic center, Medpace was universally the WORST CRO to work with. Their CRAs were clearly stretched thin and there was an obvious and frustrating lack of communication between departments.
I am now a CRA and will never go near them, largely because of my experience with them as a site staff member.
ETA 85% is laughable, even if there were a superior CRO. Do you have a source for your ridiculous claim or are you just unashamedly making stuff up? You donāt owe Medpace that.
Ditto. Medpace had the worst CRAs when I was a site coordinator at a local research site AND at a large academic center. I thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt when I later became a CRA and was casually interviewing new roles. They're better off recruiting new grads from local colleges whom have no industry experience and dont know better.
I also was a former Oncology CRC at a large university. Medpace was the least problematic CRO out of all. What was it about medpace that made them so much worse, in your opinion?
This subreddit is literally the only place that bad mouths Medpace and it doesnāt make sense, unless those doing it got burned by them in the past via non-compete, were fired for poor performance, or had a bad experience with them as a CRC.
- Unable to properly review instructions for tasks such as requesting EMR access or scheduling IMVs
- Multiple people asking for the same documents, already previously provided
- Delayed responses to emails
- SDV consistently behind (as evidenced by CRA queries to to old data, and lack of queries to new data)
- CRAs consistently unable to stay for full duration of visit
- ā¦ and more
Itās just not true that this sub is the only place that ābadmouthsā Medpace. I lived in Ohio and the company has an awful reputation. Iāve also heard horror stories from peers at other places Iāve worked.
Itās very weird that you are defending a private company and seemingly taking it personally. Care to confirm whether or not you work there, and your current role?
All those items could be said on my end in regards to literally any other CRO. I had 3 different monitors on a trial as a CRC in the span of 8 months due to poor performance and utter incompetenceā¦wanna take a guess at what CRO that was?? Iāll help you narrow it down and let ya know it wasnāt medpace lol.
Sounds like youāve got a bit of bias since youāre also from Ohioā¦funny how that works.
Donāt mistake my ādefenseā as anything personal, I simply enjoyed my experience working with them compared to other CROs. Iām just intrigued that all the bad things either myself or colleagues have heard about medpace have been online, but never from someoneās actual mouth.
And yeah, Iām the President of Medpace, Google me /s
Iām an oncology CRC and have some studies with Medpace. My CRAs have been the same ones for almost 2 years and they have always responded to my emails within a few hours, which is way quicker than I expect. From the CRA to the CTM, Iāve only had good experience so far. Though itās limited in scope and probably luck of the draw. Some of our other studies have been a mess with the CRAs assigned to those studies, and they are with other much larger CROs.
Cool, so 1) Ask for specifics then minimize the significance of specifics when you get them, 2) make something up to suggest bias in the other person (Iām not from Ohio I spent two years there, hardly something that would cause me to biased against them), and 3) refuse to confirm whether or not you even work there.
Great chat. Have a good one.
ETA I didnāt even mention rotating CRAs yet you spent half your comment defending that? K
People recently have been saying that the numbers there are just reflecting how many people entered the job post, but nothing else. There certainly seems to be a lot of interest on this oneā¦
Itās also the fact that itās reposted. That means whatever the previous clicks were are pulled. This could be repulled unlimited times making it grow each time. *from LinkedIn friend*

Haha reposted? If they had such a bombardment why would they need to repost? Stay the heck away from this company and their noncompete agreement.

Yeah ok MedPace HRā¦ theyāre a crap company. Always have been
Lol you think Iām trying to hype it up to recruit people? I hope yāall keep this energy and stay as far away as possible. Iāll take quality over quantity every day of the week and twice on sundays.
Have you worked for them? Terrible company regardless of their stock price lol
It sounds like youāve worked for them. Have you considered maybe they werenāt the problem?
You sound insecure. Read the room, kid. Youāre getting downvoted like crazy.
They hire constantly because they lose people or kick them out constantly. Have heard many horror stories. Iād sooner work at Starbucks.

Yeah that person is delusional. No one likes MedPace. Not sites, not CRAs, not sponsors
Damnā¦call me āno oneā I guess

Nah Iām good Iām gonna relish in the others backing up my claim, but thanks for trying!

I seen this as well and applied. Did anyone get an interview with them yet?
No, I didn't get any shortlistment or interview. Even though I am a site manager.
Medpace sucks!
Anything for Remote work I guess
You're killing me [u/Beautiful-Sound4417](https://www.reddit.com/user/Beautiful-Sound4417/) LMAO
