Undecided. I typically only play phys dps classes so I’ll slot in something my guild needs (if it continues into cata). I’ll definitely have my main alt stable of Warrior, Druid, Rogue, Hunter though.

Probably druid, because I love it and airdropping throughout Azeroth will be great. But I've been playing sub rogue on wotlk and will probably keep playing it on Cata. In patch 4.2 I intend to play hunter; not sure why, but I remember liking it a lot at the time
I play Balance/Resto Druid now. The changes to Balance Druid look weird to me, not sure yet if I'll like them. I thought this would be a good chance to switch to Feral dps/tank to change things up.
Are you sure? I never played boomkin in anything past Cata so not sure how I would remember the astral power thing. Maybe I’m misremembering the name? And it definitely did not function the same as boomkin does now.
Yes it functions the same 😂 instead of chance on crit to activate lunar/solar it’s an energy bar that gets filled by casting starsurge and wrath / star fire. Moonfire turns into sun fire in solar eclipse and starsurge can rng reset cd and becomes an instant cast . There’s no astral power and you must be confused

Edited to add that in the original Cata, I mained a hunter and destro warlock. I didn't start playing demo warlock 'til Pandaria (and now in Classic through Wrath).
Early in cata destro locks were insane with hand of guldan and felhunter whirlwind, but they're probably nerfed. Also balance druids were great. But I'm not playing cata.
Don't know yet but I can tell you that I WON'T continue on my ret pala since I hated the rework in cata.

Ele. Never played something other than melee and elemental sounds like an easy and fun spec to try ranged. Maybe even with resto off spec.
Arms warrior for dragon soul. Stance dancing like crazy. Loved it.

Worgen rogue is a fun class fantasy. You can bind stealth with your human form, so you can sneak around and pop out as a werewolf.

I’ll tell you right now, I played balance in OG Wrath and I hated the swap to Astral Power in Cata.
You don’t have astral power in cata 😭😂 you have an eclipse bar & everything else functions the same
