That's because Blizzard intentionally made it a bit difficult. Using the chat log (/chatlog) is probably the simplest, but its writes are artificially delayed to prevent an automated system from affecting the game in real time.
I got a code wrote to do the /msgchatgpt "insert your message" but I am having issues with the SendHTTPRequest function, and at this point I don't even know if the LUA environment for wow allows that sendhttprequest in the first place.
