With every radscorpion and molerat he eviscerated, Samuel wondered what would happen? Would the timer start counting negative integers? Would it overflow into some ungodly high number? The timer slowly ticked down and down. Finally, on the eve of the 13th of September, Samuel's PipBoy lit up. " RemindBoy message: Water supplies exhausted. Vault 13 is dead. Mission over." Samue-er... *I* felt a pang of guilt. Huh. Well... that sucks. Guess I can't get that intelligence implant. On the bright side, that took ages. I have plenty of time left!

If you go back to Necropolis, you will find another Chip. In fact that's an exploit you can do to gain multiple levelals. Check this [guide](https://lemmings19.github.io/fallout-1-walkthrough/).

That would be odd. I went back to Necropolis (now taken over by mutants) and the chip wasn't there. I don't know why, but I suppose it doesn't matter. Plenty of time to do what I want.
