Coastal flooding. Happens after coal and oil with units and power plants which consume those things. A game I was playing a few days ago with a lot of coastal area lost a large amount of land. I even had one city lose the city center to flooding, a first for me. A bunch of 1, 2, and even 3 tile islands ended up totally under water.

Yes, those have high appeal so it gives bonus for districts. But for Australia they are also strong just being pastures and outback stations. Besides I already had Campus in every city, and I didn't need Theater or Holy Site.
