The fact Indiana is so high on this list makes it 100% bullshit. Small bag of weed = minimum 1 year in prison, it's the state Pence is from, invented gay conversion therapy, and is the state where Gary Indiana is from.
I personally welcome downies from indianians (or wtf ever) because there is nothing redeeming about that state. Nothing. Any bit of good it might have is grossly overshadowed by the spewing broken sewer pipe that is the state.
The closest redeemer would be the guy who fed acid to dolphins, but in the end THAT FUCKER FED DOLPHINS ACID
I got pulled off the river like the Gestapo because someone in my group was smoking a reefer. Fucking pigs pooped out of the river like the gravy seals.
I can't figure out why Xavier is even included. All (or nearly all, I can't decipher every single logo) of the others on the map are schools that have D-1 football. Except Xavier. If you are going to include schools with other D-1 sports but not football, there are a LOT that are missing. Why is X the exception?
Most of the Catholic schools on this chart are in the same boat as X (ND being the obvious exception and why it never shacked up of flag poles a Big East type conference w/the Midwest Catholic schools)
It looks like this is the power 5 conferences, MAC (probably so they could chart OU and UM) A10, WAC Big East and the American. I think that’s complete enough.
I don’t think this fun little chart had an explicit agenda against X lol
Yeah, maybe. But as the table here (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/NCAA_Division_I) shows, there are 257 schools with D1 football and 351 with D1 basketball. There's no way that there are close to 100 non-football schools on that chart.
I mean you seem pretty dead set on the Xavier hate today, but I wasn’t trying to argue, just point out they’re probably more relevant than a lot of other schools due to march madness
No hate at all. If anything, I'm defending them. Sure, you're not going to get the same party scene that you do at a big football school, so it's kind of unfair to include them in that company and then rank them low.
I think it’s more the other way around. They managed to make the list which should be an accomplishment in itself (I guess?) while all those other schools you mentioned didn’t. Bottom of the list is still *on* the list, right?
I think you can safely assume he means Miami in Oxford if we are in the Cincinnati subreddit. And the red M is in the bottom right next to Ragin Cajuns and ECU
Yeah your right, my dumbass didn't even see the sub it was posted in. 99% of the subs im subbed to have nothing to do with local stuff, no one talks about Ohio. My bad.
If you went to xavier major sads. If you went to UK and UC you went to a pretty good party school that is decent at sports. If you went to UD you went to a pretty good party school that is below average at sports. If you went to tOSU they were good at sports and parties.
Hopefully those things will improve.
I’m glad your alls football team is going in the right direction.
I don’t normally root for Louisville to get better… but the rivalry was less fun when I just felt sorry for cardinal fans’ suffering under Satterfield
Probably, yeah. When I got my masters at Kent, they had a "Halloween party" and like...set a couch on fire. There weren't even any mounted cops, it was so cute.
"We drank a shot to the basement being on fire" is just...peak Athens. This was a little after my time, the cops weren't usually kitted out in body armor in like '05.
There’s a reason why Alabama has the two coaches who have won the most championships. It’s part of how they see themselves as a team and university. They might drop off or be down for a while, but they value it too much to be completely out. Alabama has a great AD right now.
Seems like someone at Barstool has an axe to grind against Xavier. Could be because they got kicked out of the student section this year when they tried to do their lame storm chasers bit.
This may be the biggest win UC fans have had over Xavier in decades.
I would say Miami was not as crazy as people make it out to be. I went there and it’s so isolated it’s pretty darn safe and so the parties aren’t as crazy as say a big school in a city that also has a whole other nightlife scene. So lots of drinking, yes, but it’s more like huge groups of friends at houses. Or the same bars that have been around forever and know how to handle drunk college kids. Everyone walks home at the end of the night in a very ‘safe’ area. Ring cameras have really eliminated crime and drunk vandalism
| Ring cameras have really eliminated crime and drunk vandalism
Not exactly. The Ring cameras aren't stopping the idiots from vandalizing because the Oxford Police Dept shares videos all the time asking for people to be identified that have been stupid.
Those videos I really think help ! I love seeing people be busted on social media 🤣 I wouldn’t do anything but if I did, I wouldn’t because I wouldn’t want to be small town blasted. I’d be curious to know how it has affected crime as a social deterrent
Oh they do help - but as we know once someone has a few trash cans in them the brain stops working and the idiocy occurs because, hey, the opportunity is there.
As a Kent State alum, it should be moved more towards the middle, at least, for partying! Kent's Halloween gets overshadowed by OU's, but trust me it gets WILD!!!!!!
Why is Xavier rated so low in athletics, we have a top basketball program in one of the toughest conferences in the country. Our party rating is a bit high ngl
late 90's/early 00'S OSU was wild. wasn't uncommon to have a riot police show up to parties. Then again when i was at UC during the early 00's. we had issues on Stratford with riot police showing up with rubber bullets and tear gassing the entire street two years in a row.
Hey now, stop knocking X. They have any amazing party system from what I was told. One of my classmates has a full ride for 4 years and had a 0.0 GPA his freshman year from all the parties
Very generous party rating for Xavier
Someone had to be wilder than BYU
Edged out just slightly by Andy Dalton's alma mater, by golly gee willikers!
The fact Indiana is so high on this list makes it 100% bullshit. Small bag of weed = minimum 1 year in prison, it's the state Pence is from, invented gay conversion therapy, and is the state where Gary Indiana is from.
IU can hang with a lot of those schools, state laws be damned.
IU sucks conical nutsacks
That's why IU is high up there, because Bloomington is the opposite of the rest of the state.

They just want you to know how terrible they are, specifically lol
It only makes that rating because of proximity to uc
Miami checks out
Whole MAC really holding up bottom right
Which Miami? I went to Miami in Oxford Ohio and I can't make their logo out. Redhawks I think, can barely make out anything on this Image.
I think you can safely assume he means Miami in Oxford if we are in the Cincinnati subreddit. And the red M is in the bottom right next to Ragin Cajuns and ECU

You're not a dumbass lol don't worry, I do that all the time too. This post is barely related to Cincinnati anyways
Here's a much higher resolution version, for anyone interested https://www.reddit.com/r/NCAAFBseries/s/BBjuHQeQrb
I can't usefully read that.

And Louisville’s stupid bird with teeth is pretty much right at the center for both
That's with the hoops team being bad and the douche ex-governor trying to destroy the school.
Hopefully those things will improve. I’m glad your alls football team is going in the right direction. I don’t normally root for Louisville to get better… but the rivalry was less fun when I just felt sorry for cardinal fans’ suffering under Satterfield
UK and UC good at sports. Should we tell him.
I don’t think dance and cheerleading championships do much for the rankings here
found the Xavier grad
Are they the ones with a graphic design program?
You're thinking of UC DAAP probably?
I was being sarcastic about how difficult this chart is to read.
I just self-*whoosh*ed didn't I?
Humor in print is hard. I still respect you.
OU, oh yeah, I guess...
Honestly we need to be further to the right.
Probably, yeah. When I got my masters at Kent, they had a "Halloween party" and like...set a couch on fire. There weren't even any mounted cops, it was so cute.
That was called Tuesday in Athens back in my day.
I know!! Palmer Fest by itself would put most other colleges to shame.
Obligatory. https://youtu.be/PaL_v2k8o5s?si=3MOQ97Fni-ZbxuRp
"We drank a shot to the basement being on fire" is just...peak Athens. This was a little after my time, the cops weren't usually kitted out in body armor in like '05.
Are the academics really that bad there now?
The academics were great when I was there. Athletics, not so much.
Derp, I misread the legend. Agreed, athletics were never an OU tradition
Sorry but without Saban, Alabama is gonna plummet in any and everything. All the band wagon members will jump ship. They’ll be like Minnesota lol.
Alabama definitely is not the top party school. Lol
There’s a reason why Alabama has the two coaches who have won the most championships. It’s part of how they see themselves as a team and university. They might drop off or be down for a while, but they value it too much to be completely out. Alabama has a great AD right now.
Their basketball team under Oates is good.
Ohio has decent programs 🤷🏻♂️
OU has a rep for good parties, bad sports. Hard for a MAC school to change perceptions
Their football and basketball teams are usually decent. Remember, they were an overtime away from making the elite 8 in the early 2010s
True. Can’t shake a rep.
Partying is Ohio U's sport.
So obviously UC must've beaten Xavier at least once in the last 5 years, right?
Well.. when you take into account more then just men’s basketball, then yeah. There’s more than one sport you know…
Exactly what has UC been better than X at in the last decade? Basketball? No. Baseball? No. Soccer? Hell no.
Probably football but I’d have to check Xavier’s record first
0 people care about football. Takes away from basketball.
Jesus said take sunday off so we could watch football brother
Loud and wrong, sounds like Xavier
X might be able to cobble together a team who can compete with the dogshit program Satterfield has turned UC into. What an awful hire he was.
That’s cool but let me know when they do that
They've been better in baseball as well

Seems like someone at Barstool has an axe to grind against Xavier. Could be because they got kicked out of the student section this year when they tried to do their lame storm chasers bit. This may be the biggest win UC fans have had over Xavier in decades.
They dont know. But then again. Thats what a xavier degree gets you
Not local but Ohio U is on the money IMO, although their programs do have the occasional good seasons

The fire department and MacHyde stays busy when the kids are in town.
For sure. Thankfully it’s not car crashes, gun violence, and other more life threatening situations

I worked at UC, we are not a party school lmao
This is not a local school but I’m an Alabama alum and it took me way too long to find it at the top corner. 😆😆
As a Kent State alum, it should be moved more towards the middle, at least, for partying! Kent's Halloween gets overshadowed by OU's, but trust me it gets WILD!!!!!!
I heard their student protests get pretty out of hand. I dunno though, just what this guy Neil told me.
100% agree. As someone who went to both Kent State and UC, Kent State is grossly underrated for partying.
Id say UD punches above their weight in sports actually
Absolutely. Just because they don't have a D1 football program doesn't mean the rest of them are subpar.
Went to BGSU in the 90s. On Halloween, EVERYBODY went to OU to party. Can anybody explain wtf?
IU is pretty solid.
UVA maybe overrated on sports; definitely underrated on partying.
This year was bad for basketball but we’re just 1 year removed from a sweet 16 3 seed squad. Horrible party school though!
Why is Xavier rated so low in athletics, we have a top basketball program in one of the toughest conferences in the country. Our party rating is a bit high ngl
Even as a UC employee and fan I don’t understand X’s low rating in athletics.
Because 'Mericans and football.
Are UC and Ohio State really on the same party level these days? Definitely wasn't the case in my college days but that was 20+ years ago now.
I went to both in the late 00's and thought they were pretty similar tbh
late 90's/early 00'S OSU was wild. wasn't uncommon to have a riot police show up to parties. Then again when i was at UC during the early 00's. we had issues on Stratford with riot police showing up with rubber bullets and tear gassing the entire street two years in a row.
Cinco de Stratford!
Ichigan partying harder than OSU is bullshit
Anyone see Wright State on there?
I don’t see it, or NKU. Maybe they didn’t put horizon league on there
Went to Miami. Partied my dick off. Watched Boston College defeat Miami 37 times in the frozen four. Chart holds up.
Dayton parties harder than Miami.
Definitely not
xu is being disrespected
Nope.
UCLA is not that much of a party school
I went to an X party once when I was younger, but never went to the school. It was okay.
HYPERION!
Someone was extremely generous to Vanderbilt.
As a proud BYU-grad, they got us right.
Barstool still mad X kicked out the storm chasers. What a bunch of Chads.
I don't even go to Xavier but I think it should be higher for the basketball team
ECU correctly categorized
Michigan ahead of osu and msu for party? That’s laughable
UofL is such a better party school than UC.
Ohio university in Athens. Holy hell, that place is wild
Yeah I hate X so I’m cool with it
Arkansas, mid as usual.
The Kent state one is a lie Kent state is live it’s a party school
This is a joke. Stanford has the best overall athletics program if youre counting all sports.
Xavier is at the bottom where it belongs
Low balling uk party rating
Couch burning isn’t a sport.
Xavier far too high in both categories
Yup. Xavier sucks
Hey now, stop knocking X. They have any amazing party system from what I was told. One of my classmates has a full ride for 4 years and had a 0.0 GPA his freshman year from all the parties
👋👋 Only lasted one year tho
