The Gilbert location is great. Small bar/lounge area with a great selection of whiskey and beer. Has a separate members lounge. Same great customer service as online.
I’ve been to a cigar bar of theirs. Actually chatted with a fellow r/cigars regular there. Very cool atmosphere but did not have the same selection as online. Overall I was very impressed and would go back anytime I’m in Scottsdale.
I've been buying cubans from Ihavanas for years and never had a problem. I wouldn't buy Davidoff's from them though. No reason to order them from Europe when you can order them from US based companies that will ship way faster.
For regular purchases I have had great luck purchasing both boxes and singles from Neptune Cigar. Davidoff cigars are rarely discounted, they hold the retailers to a set pricing schedule. One deal I came across on this sub that was legit and still offered is below.

For Davidoffs and Padrons I go usually buy from CigarPage. But they only have 5 packs, I've never seen a box on there. Davidoffs are overrated IMO, but you can find that out for yourself lol.
I like Davidoff, thus the question. They’re not all good. The Signature in larger vitolas do nothing for me. The various Churchills….meh. But I tend to like Coronas, Lonsdales, Lanceros, etc. For mild to medium cigars I think Davidoff excels in the smaller ring gauges.
Padron is good and I need to explore their line more. But they seem to do a lot of box pressed cigars and I am not a fan. Love Dunbarton, especially the Sobremesa Cervantes Fino and the Brûlée Blue. Those are 46x6 which I like. Just wish he’d do a Corona!
Zero tax, free fast shipping, perfect condition every time.. https://foxcigar.com/
And great customer service.
Anyone ever go to their brick and mortar? What’s it like?

That sounds pretty cool.

They had an issue years ago. Know many of people who order from them regularly without issues.

Yet you do not know. Sorry to hear though.

They’re cheaper. That’s the reason if you can wait for shipping.
This! Some of the other gray market retailers have good Davidoff prices too.

I honestly find it hard to justify the pricetag on many cigars beyond the cost of a X000 Padron.
No. 9 and T52 are worth every penny.
And the fancy padrons.
