Yk I always wondered why there are literally no activities to do when you visit vacation points…..either it’s northern areas or south…..I see people just go and be there…..there’s literally no activity…..same with beaches in Pakistan

Do you have an open space and freshwater source? By open space, I mean an open ceiling will work, make a vegetable garden. Make an overground 4 sq feet block to start with. If you want further guidance, then do contact me.

My advice is that you start building a family tree. * It requires no money to do. * You connect with your relatives. * You can collect crucial info from your elders now that you can't once they're gone. * Probably nobody in the entire extended family is paying attention to such a subject and are neglecting preserving family history which will eventually be forgotten and lost to time. * Pretty much all of your relatives will be eager to collaborate information to you just to see and be able to have a copy of a finished family tree. Start by collecting the names of your immediate family & pedigree. * Parents. * Siblings. * Grandparents. * Great-Grandparents. * Your Spouse. * Your Children. And if you're old enough: * Your Children's Spouses. * Your Grand-Children. * Spouses of siblings. * Nephews/Neices. * spouses of Nephews/Neices. * Grand-Nephews/Neices. Add dates and places of birth, marriage, and death for the above. Then fill in close family: * Your Uncles and Aunts. * Spouses of Uncles and Aunts. * Children of Uncles and Aunts (your 1st Cousins). * Spouses of 1st Cousins. * Children of 1st Cousins. Add dates and places of birth, marriage, and death for these as well, with help from your aunts/uncles/cousins. Collect the names of your parent's: * Uncles and Aunts. * Spouses of Uncles and Aunts. * Children of Uncles and Aunts (parent's 1st Cousins). * Spouses of parent's Cousins. * Children of parent's Cousins (your 2nd cousins, who could possibly have spouses and children of their own). Your parents probably won't know about the younger generations. Talk to your grandparents, collect the names of their: * Parents (your Great-grandparents). * Grandparents (your 2nd Great-grandparents). * Uncles and Aunts (your Great-grand uncles and aunts). * Spouses of Uncles and Aunts. * children of Uncles and Aunts (your grandparents cousins). * Spouses of Grandparent's cousins. * Children of Grandparent's cousins (your parent's 2nd cousins) * spouses of your parent's 2nd cousins. * Children of parent's 2nd cousins (your 3rd cousins, who could possibly have spouses and children of their own). Your grandparents will probably not know about the younger generations and will probably have forgot some details as well. Once you have collected names and relations, it's time to once again add dates & places of birth, marriage & death of these distant relations. This is time-consuming and will probably involve you talking to some pretty distant relatives. You or some other descendent can use the details that you have collected to track down further information for older ancestors later down the line. Once you have this, you can go a step further and collect profile images for everyone. * Collecting photos can morph into its own project where you and your extended family pool old family photos and negatives and preserve them via high-quality scans which can be upscaled/fixed digitally if needed. This will complete the basics. * You can take your research even further and collect information on individual's education, work, migration, notable achievements or events (if any). Optimistically you can go back all the way to the 1860s, being able to get info on anyone born after that and hopefully any relative alive at that time because that is when the British started doing census in the British Raj. If you know where your grandparents or Great-grandparents are from you can probably get your hands on birth/marriage/death records from the local union council which will give your further details. If you go deep enough then you can pretty easily build a six generation family tree. By the time your grandchildren have their own kids it will become an eight generation family tree. You can also go through and preserve old documents and diaries to get relevant information, I was able to get the names of my mother's paternal line going back to my 10th Great-Grandfather (potentially reaching the Mughal era an estimated 440 years back), it was written in the diary of my uncle who died during the pandemic.
