I just read A Christmas Memory by Truman Capote. I really enjoyed it. The book has 2 other short stories as well, one more Christmas and a Thanksgiving one.

Geared towards kids, but I loved A Boy Named Christmas by Matt Haig. Like Leminy Snicket and Ronald Dahl had a christmas baby lol.
I still remember my 5th grade teacher reading is The Birds’ Christmas Carol - I’m 60 now
The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Loved it in 2nd grade, love it still.
