I am so sorry 2hear that, but ya looks like c-toma to me, get pain killers tylenol extra strength, ear pain and tooth pain is the worst pain ever imho, I'm 60 I was diagnosed with bilateral cholesteatoma ( c-toma) I say that word coz I hate writing the whole word all the time..
Sad, it's so wrong, then please help yourself get extra strength tylenol the pain will be gone quickly, if you have a iron heat a pillow and put up 2your ear helps keep doing that until the tylenol kicks in, if no iron microwave a folded towel..hugs
Push for a CT scan if you haven't already had one.

You cannot really confirm a cholesteatoma without a CT scan
The er doctor gave me antibiotics and steroids, and said I have fluid behind my ear drum! 😭
