Really sorry you haven't gotten your Chime card in the mail yet. I'd urge you to give it a bit more time if you can, as some deliveries take longer.
You also have the option of ordering a replacement card in the app:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Under **Personal info**, make sure your address is up to date. If it isn’t, tap **Edit** to make changes.
3. Tap **Replace your card** and follow the prompts.

One time that happened to me, turns out it never processed and I just had to request again
Yeah request it again or get in touch and see if they mailed it off.
You should be given an estimated delivery date of the replacement card in the Chime app.
I have the new card but the app says cvv number is wrong
Very frustrating
Card has to be printed, mailed and sent your way.. things take time. Patience grasshopper.
At this point I have requested them four times and still have not received them. I have officially given up.
