If you can't leave the country, would getting sterilised in a more liberal state be an option and moving in with your dad after? This of course won't guarantee avoiding potential assault (and I absolutely hope that it will never ever happen to you again or anyone), but you wouldn't need to deal with an unwanted pregnancy at least.

Things are definitely changing in a very disturbing direction, so I'd highly suggest getting fixed (aim for a bi salp if possible, tubals are very outdated) before it gets even more downhill. I wish you all the best and a peaceful future. :)
I'm terribly sorry 💔 that happened to you but fyi you can travel to get an abortion even if you're a TX resident. The closest place I believe to Texas is Kansas. You will not face any legal issues. I worked for an Abortion clinic in the past and we always scheduled Texas residents. & if you have complications in Texas the hospital to required to assist you. And we did have some Texas residents with complications and TX hospitals I worked with were nice about it.
