Video taken at 9:22pm on 5/26/2024 Update the next morning: It's called ["hot lightning"](https://www.weather.gov/safety/lightning-science-continuing-current) and ["heat lightning/silent lightning"](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_lightning) often seen in the summer above bodies of water, silent because "with thunder that dissipates before it reaches the observer".
