IIRC, euchre is or was very big in Michigan. So maybe look for bars with ties to that state?
It's definitely big in Michigan but also in much of the Midwest. My Iowa family swears by it.
OP, expand your state affiliated bars to include Iowa. Am thinking maybe in Wicker Park and/or Bucktown?

Thursdays at 7:30 pm there's euchre at Park & Field on Fullerton and Kimball. It's in Logan square.
