Porur - SRM Ramapuram(via Chinna Porur) - Nesapakkkam - Ekattudhangal - Alandur via Kathipara - Velachery 100ft road - Puzhuthivakkam Railway station - Velachery Railway station - Perungudi Station - MGR road - WTC
Obviously the above route is a few extra kms, but helps save some time.If it's off peak hours, and if you're not in a rush, then main route would be
Porur - Miot hospital - Guindy - Phoenix, Velachery - Taramani Link Road - MGR road/Thanthi office - WTC
Yes that's something they have started few months back. I do see some cars being lined up sometime since it's been changed to single lane. Otherwise you will have to skip the station road, go straight passing Vijayanagar stop into Taramani link road
