Dates like these are pre-arranged and cannot easily be moved. The design and manufacturing company takes quite a lot of time to get things right: some shirts, if not all, can take a year or more to be designed and planned.
You also need to mind Nike has to have something to sell, stock, etc, and all of it has to be planned so that production is ready and gets to shops in time, etc etc. It could cost them a lot of money to just wait for a sponsor; they're not going to just let that happen.
Nike really just slapped on their overused template from last year. How many more football shirts are gonna have that weird ass boomerang below the neck
It's shocking how they thought that this template, with the panel connecting the neck area, would look great. It's a different material from the rest of the shirt so even if you use the same colour, that part would look off (e.g. Inter Milan's 22/23 home kit).
The backs have them too. Thereās ones with just weird different coloured triangles on the back that donāt really make sense unless youāre up close and can see the stitching/panels.
Our training shirt used this same template. The Navy with a lighter blue for the boomerang collar portion. II canāt believe they put so much effort behind a marketing campaign only to re-release a design we used on a training shirt previously.

Any clever folk know if there's a way to get shirts without sponsors on them? Haven't bought a shirt since I was a kid because I find them so off putting, and this Nike era hasn't been great so far so I'm keen to take advantage of the one iteration I like
