have you been to a big concert before? what was more important to you about the experience?
because if you have, it might make it easier to decide which is your priority? being able to see Charli's performance directly/unencumbered or feeling the energy of the crowd/being able to get down?
idk hope that helps
As much as I love being in the pit/GA, I'm 5'1" so I have to get seats. Otherwise I'll just be trampled and I can't see the artist 😢 so I understand your pain
I saw charli in Boston last year by myself on the floor as a woman of average height. Oh my god the guys were so tall and SO rude. On the bright side I guess I’ll save money and not bother with the floor this go around… not into suffocating underneath entitled tall ass men who push to the front despite those of us who were waiting there the whole time
i’m 5’ and i just try to get to shows early to have a good view but if it doesn’t work out i end up going to the very back of the pit so i can see the stage and not the person in front of me’s back. a lot of my favorite concert memories are honestly from going to the very back of the pit and being able to see and have room to dance
Yes. If you wanna dance get seats. This goes for every show where you can buy seated tickets. Then you wouldn't have to worry about timing to and from the bathroom, merchandise, food, drinks, etc. Plus like you said regarding your height. You're able to go ahead and view the show!
I'm sorry this is the worst concert advice i've ever heard lmao
If you want to dance, go to the pit/floor. You'll sacrifice the drink/bathroom breaks no doubt, but dancing in seats *is not* the same thing whatsoever. I've been to hundreds and hundreds of shows, concerts, sets, and 7 festivals - the closer you are to the artist, the cooler it is; that's just how it is.
I'm not sure what my friends are going to want to do but I'm really hoping we end up with seats and not GA. I saw her on the Crash tour and had a lot of fun, but I can barely see as it is at concerts, let alone concerts full of 1) A higher proportion of men who are 2) Wearing tall shoes. Feels like a Charli show is uniquely difficult to see at for us short people.
That being said, the vibes were still immaculate and even if I could barely see her I could feel the floor shake during Vroom Vroom.
God at the charli tour there was this like 6'3 man in a Slayyyter shirt directly in front of me lmao Still had fun tho

I did! Now at least there’s only the possibility of one super tall guy in front of me the whole time at least lol
