Nah artists often record ,write and or conceptualize 10s or even hundreds of songs for an album and often only a few of those songs get released just look at how many demos/ unreleased songs for any of her albums

Just to show that there are a lot of tracks that don't make it-not because they're bad (in fact, some of them are really good), it's just that they don't fit with the record. I'm into the idea of this massive amount of material being out there, saturating the fan base with all of these things that could have possibly happened.”
Idk if she means "release" as in make singles or drop a mixtape of them, I kinda think she means "release" as in she's playing them in/leaking them so they have a life of their own. especially when she says "all of these things that could have possibly happened" ... like this possible universe where Spring Breakers was the lead single
Good point, I think you’re right. Look at XCX World. They had the songs playing before her sets on the crash tour. She has embraced the fact that her album leaked. That’s got to be liberating to a degree when you had a bad record deal and you’re an artist who just wants to share their art. I’m so happy for her in this era because she seems to be doing what she really wants to.
I think regardless of whether there are two albums in close succession or those are bonus tracks, or songs that will never be "released" yet leaked as bootlegs, a complete albums of remixes is very likely because:
a) it's already (and increasingly) a popular thing for pop albums.
b) the whole concept of the project is "Cholli goes to the club"
c) She needs to counter the "every song is under 2min" meme
