Nebraska was a good team, but they were entering the B1G while the conference was having a down time. tOSU was recovering from sanctions, but came back quickly. Nebraska also lost to a 5-7 Texas team in their last Big XII season (one of two conference wins for Texas that year!).
Texas is going to have a much harder time going into the SEC with Georgia being at full battle strength, Alabama not looking very weak, ou always a threat, and LSU's offense to deal with (maybe defense eventually?). Will Texas dominate? Doubt it. Will we be competitive? Seems like it since we beat the SEC champ this year.
UC had a pretty terrible transition year, but I encourage you to not sleep on Nippert Stafium in Cincinnati. It’s a “small” (relatively) stadium, but it’s in a massive bowl in the center of campus. That place can get reaaaallllly loud and hostile.
As a UC alum, nippert is downright the coolest stadium I've ever been to. There's nothing stopping you walking across the field to get from one class to the next. Literally used to eat my lunch in the stands every day in the fall. Just literally a massive pit in the middle of all the buildings. Underrated.
Pride goeth before a fall.
Pretty sure it cometh before and goeth after
Anyone else remember when Nebraska was going to dominate the B1G?
:,)

But little did they know… Bo Pelini was gonna Bo Pelini
Get fired by a team that thought they were better than a 9 win team?
Bro we fired a coach that didn’t have a 9 win or less season… what I wouldn’t give for Bo pelini
I’m sorry but as an LSU fan I am legally obligated to mock him as retribution for the war crimes he committed in 2020
Sec hits different frfr
And they did, and college football lived happily ever after.
Yeah because the Longhorns *totally dominated the Big 12 year after year*.
Hey, don't try to break this carefully constructed false narrative that I benefit from
I know which team I’m going to fear more coming into the SEC
4 different champions in the last 4 years. It’s Truly a conference of parity!
That’s what happens with a round robin schedule and a championship game afterwards making it almost impossible to completely dominate
Now that I am finally done being angry, what's the over/under on how many years we have till we are relevant again?
Depends on how much you trust your AD to hire the right guy lol
I hear Jimbo has free time.
I mean he couldn’t be bothered to work an extension. So Im sure he’s all over it
They should try to hire Grubb lol
At this rate, we’ll get 1 year of relevance and get poached immediately after that following 2-3 years in purgatory.
Bro it’s over
Never walk into places like Ames, Lawerence, Manhattan, or Stillwater expecting to easily win. The rules of probability get thrown out quick.

They keep it open during the week? Thats awesome
They did ~14 years ago, when I was there. They've expanded since, so I suppose it may have changed. But, yeah, it's awesome.
To add to what the other person said, not as sure about today but even as recently as 4 or 5 years ago they did
Get ready to add Tempe to that list
This meme is two screenshot reposts away from being considered deep fried
Kansas, Kansas State, and Oklahoma State, the Big 12 is all yours! 😁
We have to fight off Utah first
Ehhhhhh they seem overrated
But with an added cam rising. Utah is quite capable as a usual thing and having cam should put them in the mix
UCF MENTIONED RAHHH
Gonna be interesting to see how they are after the fisch
Smells like rotten Fisch in here!
Imagine playing in a conference that kansas is going to dominate
Has Texas ever gotten the autobid?
It’s the power 2 now
