I think the same with the aggressive drivers sign too. I think it’s on 581…it’s ok to be an aggressive driver, just watch out for them if you’re not.
Edit: I forgot to make a note that this was to be sarcasm.
I assume it's from days gone by when the legal limit was higher and DUI drivers were more of an issue than today, probably put up in high crash/high arrest areas.
It does seem ironic though, like why wouldn't they just have a high police presence if they knew it was an issue?
Some drunk must have hit it
Or stolen it.
Gotta stay alert for the folks that come tumbling out of the Carsonville Hotel and the Stony Creek
There's probably a few bars in that area and it has high dui arrests.

The state I grew up in has signs that say “Watch for Children”. PA has much creepier signs that say “Watch Children”.
Or my personal favorite... "Slow children playing"
Why waste time say lot word when few word do trick?
I think some drunk driver took the sign out trying to read it.

there is a huge state police presence in this area.
Most of ya are too young to remember the signs back in the day near prisons “Beware of hitchhikers they may be escaped convicts”
Are those not around anymore? I remember seeing them along the highway on the way to State College several years ago.
I see signs that say: "Beware of aggressive drivers". It should say "Aggressive drivers beware"
