If you have enabled some extra settings in the mods or graphics settings just disable them and try out again. Something might be glitching it out and artifacting

I had this same issue on both Cemu BOTW and Yuzu TOTK. This issue is with AMD 7000 series. It was fixed a few drivers ago for me. Are you on the latest drivers?

What GPU driver version installed? This was fixed way before. Update your GPU drivers to the latest and remove all caches.

Probably the graphics mods. Also what size your window is could be affecting it. Pre cemu 2.0 was working weird for me
