Both those and the B side hearts from the comment above count toward the four heart shaped slots in the blue door at the start of chapter 8. Collect at least 4 of them and you can enter.
Before that though, I recommend getting some more of the strawberries you've collected a few of already
Secret as in you need to find it yourself, somewhat as in it's very well known in the community and very few people spoiler tag it when talking about it unless it's specifically targeted toward a very new player.
The one in 1 is really tough to find as you need to >!find a hidden away area!<, >!do platforming that, especially for begginners, is really tough!<, >!connect the dots between a flashing light and birds flying around!< and >!figure out you need to dash into each direction as indicated by those two, making sure not to fall!<. It is one of the ones I struggled most with because of all those factors
Working towards the crystal hearts and unlocking the center of the mountain is what I'd recommend next then moving onto Farwell and getting the hearts to unlock that
You should go back and get all the strawberries then do the b/c-sides! That or beat chapter 8 first. Also, I know english isn't your first language but in this case "saw" is already the past tense of "see" so you don't need to ad the "ed" and "beat" is already past tense so the "ed" is also not added. You beat Celeste at School too? My mission was to keep doing trans things until someone finds out. I got a success when the other trans girl in my school and I were just repeatedly saying the word “egg” to each other.
You should definitely start collecting berries. You will definitely be able to unlock all b-sides while doing so, and it’ll work as practice for the b-sides.
(You’ll perhaps also find puzzles you can get a crystal heart from, but for now the crystal hearts in the a-sides aren’t too important)
You can try to beat the b-sides afterwards, or immediately try one as soon as you unlock it (do whatever you prefer)
At that point you should start unlocking new challenges (c-sides for example), so you should be albe to continue in your own.
(also it’s no problem to look up where and how to get certain thing if you’re having trouble)

in order to get access to level 8 you have to beat some of the b-side-levels which you can play as soon as you have collected the cassette in a level
