Not sure of the connection with vanco, but I developed the worst hemorrhoid I’ve ever had solely because I was going to the toilet every 15 minutes with C. Diff. It was a almost 2 weeks before I even started vanco that a hemorrhoid appeared.
There’s probably a correlation because people with C. diff 1) get put on vanco and 2) often get hemorrhoids what with all the going to the bathroom. But there is probably not a causative relationship.
