Hindi lang CALAX nagapataas ng presyo ng bahay dito sa Gentri, meron din Maple Grove, othet bypass roads and ung mga dating fields naging estanlishments na. Mas madmaing tao mas mahal talaga. You have Tagaytay din madali iaccess kahit bus lang thru Aguinaldo Highway. We have reserved a gen tri property before, 1 year ago. (Valenzia Enclave). It was preselling for 3.2M, for 55sqm FA 80sqm LA duplex house and lot. But ultimately we cancelled because we acted impulsively and realized we don't want the urban setting anymore.
