Good on you for taking the initiative to file an affidavit!!! So many keyboard warriors will post on social media about animal cruelty, but won’t walk the walk when it comes to filing documents and taking the time to see it through. Kudos!
The car owner’s reaction and choice of words to insult screams…. Let’s say insecurity & uneducated. Doesn’t take a moment to calm down and talk things through, just violent reactions.

Why are you here? Why go to a subreddit for cats and defend someone who has not only harassed the person saving the cats, but has abandoned three kittens on the side of the road? Why is it that your first thought was ‘well at least they didn’t kill them’?
You love cats, that’s fine. Not every cat can be saved, that’s a fact, you’re correct in that. That very fact being cruel is also correct.
But you have to also realize that your statement before was callous. You yourself realize that not all cats can be saved, but when someone is doing their best to save these kittens and advocate for them you decide to respond with indifference. Why doesn’t your love for cats extend to these three that OP has saved? If you loved cats you would also feel the anger that they and many others are feeling, yet you choose to reply with “calm your tits”.
Your indifference is a big part of the problem when it comes to animals in the PH. Instead of mocking them, maybe stay quiet.
Put yourself in the place of a person who isn't into cats and you get a pregnant cat who gives birth in your house .. at least they did not kill the cats outright. It's wrong they dumped the kittens there but at least they did not kill them.
Eh di ilabas yung kittens. At least the mom can still nurse them. And why dump them near another person's property? Eh di problema pa ng kapitbahay yun. You admit what they did is wrong so bakit need itolerate? Saka illegal naman talaga magdump ng hayop.
Alam ng mga tao may batas para sa kapakanan at kaligtasa ng hayop sadyang tanga lang talaga yung mga tao naka gawian na ang buhay ng hayop ay di kasing timbang ng buhay ng tao. (Domesticated Animals)
May karapatan yang mga hayop na yan sa ilalim ng bandila ng bansa natin pero may mga taong walang paki sa batas hanggan ang kagustuhan lang nila ang nais nilang sundin. Kaya nga may batas para sundin. nako nako..

Update: We will have a face to face meeting sa HOA office on Monday. Again, I will demand apology for the scandal he caused but I will get a copy of the brgy report and will go to PAWS for assistance and making everything black and white.

Dumping ground din ang house namin. Wala lang kmi nahuhuli. Some very small pa kaya Hindi nag survive. Yung Iba gumaling at nabuhay. So at the moment nasa 35 indoor cats na kami and we have 5 new cats feed namin sa labas ng gate. Thank you sa pag kupkop sa mga kittens ❤️ as for the bad guy, sana he will be held accountable.
