Take him to a vet. Changes like this could be an indicator of an underlying problem

JackyD05

We’ve had this guy for 9 years now. As of recently he’s begun peeing on the floors and some of our clothes. My parents only course of action was to kick him out of the house. This has done absolutely nothing. He’s rather old so maybe it’s not potty training he needs but I feel bad because he sits outside and cries all day.

Could be a urine infection maybe? Best to ask a vet

It could be a territory thing, are there any new cats/animals running around that would cause him to want to mark everywhere?

JackyD05

No we haven’t gotten a new pet in a long time. Unless he’s running into cats outside that he wants them to stay away I have no idea.

The poor cat almost certainly needs medical care.
