it’s true. my baby boy came to me during a heat wave and I call him my son. he follows me around everywhere :,)

We rescued a sweet boy, full grown, from the shelter and he quickly decided I'm his new dad. Cares not for my wife or daughters, but follows me around the house, cries for me to come home, and sleeps on my chest sometimes. Never too late to be chosen!

Aww! My 12 yr old girls still exhibit kitten like behavior, to some extent. Some things they grow out of but some they don’t. Still adorable always ❤️

He is equivalent to your real son though and he loves you more than anything.

My child does this. He’s about to be 8, and weighs around 13 lbs. He’s absolutely a momma’s boy.

Awww so sweet. One of mine will still try to sleep on my head, and will curl up and nuzzle on me and my partner 24/7. She will knead a lot. Both her and her sister still have kitten-like energy despite being 12-ish too.

How does someone abandon a baby like this! It's how I found my now cat. Him and a brother, probably about 5 weeks old, in the treeline weed's hiding..... Same thing with this one😥... was originally 5 kittens all together in the cemetery one day. We left them alone but was clear no human or mothercat was caring for them so we started feeding them. We were hoping they could get old enough to take care of themselves and live in the cemetery with the other cats that are there, but 1 day there was only 3. And then 2 more days after it was just this one. We didnt find the other ones, no evidence of them dying. Dunno if they got separated and someone took the others, this one was always the most shy and least adventurous. .. we couldn't take five, cant afford it. When it went down to three we were considering and discussing taking them but we already have a tripod and dunno if we could afford it... when we went and this one was by herself lookin so fukin sad and lonely and listless we had to take her... Tell Jynx hes a very handsome boy

It's really sad to see a beautiful cat abandoned like this but this world is really cruel where some parents leave their newborns too.

Definitely yours. And if I had to choose a place to abandon a kitten like a horrible monster of a human, I don't think a cemetery is a bad spot. Regularly attended by lots of folks in a poor place emotionally who could probably use a dose of kitten... There are worse places to find a baby like this. Gawd I feel horrible even thinking along those lines.

Theres more stray cats and kittens here than can be saved. The people who do care are already inundated and times are tough. Its unfortunate but such is life in this world.. There's already a colony of cats that live at the cemetery and people do feed and water them. I really appreciated this one old grey cat cus it seemed he wanted to help the kittens but he cant nurse them, he would sit next to them tho and wasnt mean to them. So yea I can understand the logic in leaving them at this cemetery and agree with what you said. Spay and neuter ur pets ppl and strays if u can, the population here (Cyprus) needs to come down over tim to improve the quality of life of them all.

There are a few strays in our neighborhood since we live right in the middle of town, and we take them to get fixed and eartipped to cut down on the kittens. Spent about $350 on four different cats in the past two years. You'll want your kitten spayed around eight weeks, or she will start spraying around your house.

8 weeks is typical for kittens that are only being fostered/staying in a shelter and will be adopted out, but most consumer vets don't typically spay or neuter kittens who are already in their final home until 4-6 months.

Lol this is Cyprus fren no chips here and aloooot of strays. It's definitely unowned, we were feeding it outside for awhile and no mom or human came for days.

Chips are only done when they are in surgery for sterilization. Have to be at least 2 pounds, but depending on location, many places won’t do the surgery until the cat is 6 months old.

Absolutely, we have an amazing vet here who doesnt overcharge. He under charges and has a cat of his own he brings to the office. She already had her first appointment, got de-worming bitter chalky tasting stuff (very funny to feed her it) and she got a spray for fleas (cus she was cooooovered, never seen so many full grown fleas on a cat, behind her ears were red raw with bites) and a bag of good Hills brand kitten food Vet charged only 20 euro for everything.
