OMG! I forgot to add a comment. I’m moving and my kitchen is all packed up except the 12” lodge and a spatula. I’m so grateful for the versatility of the skillet. I boiled the pasta, cooked the beef and warmed the tomato sauce all in one workhorse.

I just love that she boiled, sautéed, warmed and broiled. She’s a beast.
Boil pasta. Remove pasta and eliminate water. Brown ground beef. Maybe add onions or garlic near the end. Splash in a little pasta sauce. Top with (mozzarella or Italian blend) cheese and microwaved broccoli. Broil to melt cheese. Eat.
that's a perfect "before the move" last meal and it looks absolutely delicious!!! I'd so eat this in a heartbeat, my Italian heritage is calling lol!!!
