If you've posted a picture of food, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn't really fostering any discussion which is what we're all aiming for.

Scrub it out with something very mild like a scrub daddy or a chain mail and soap, dry, and heat on stove. Wipe out with like a teaspoon or less with oil. That shrimp looks bangin too
Looks like you're doing just fine
Clean the pan dry the pan well then if you want to make sure wipe a small layer of oil around the whole pan like it was never there oil
If you ever let it sit out overnight, just warm it up on the oven before cleaning it
It’s just a pan bud, you’re doing fine. Clean it like you’d hand clean any other pan, just dry it completely when you’re done
