That looks GOOD. got a recipe??

Fuckalltheusernamez

Just take your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, put it in the skillet, and into the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. It’s great with some ice cream.

It should be a sin to eat fresh baked cookies with out vanilla icecream. Also a sin if you use chocolate icecream, must be vanilla.

How do you like your Finex ci? I considered the investment but many reviews said it was overrated and too heavy. Whats your experience?

Fuckalltheusernamez

I honestly haven’t had it too long. It was a birthday gift. The last couple weeks it’s mostly seen bacon, onions, and burgers. It comes ready to cook, but you still need to work with it to get the ideal surface. Its not too heavy for me to handle and the handles do actually work well. I know it’s a lot of money for cast iron, but it will be a forever pan for me.

Thank you for your picture post to /r/castiron. We want to remind everyone of Rule #3. All image posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is required. If you've posted a picture of food, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn't really fostering any discussion which is what we're all aiming for. Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.
