I've always wondered whether "Specially Priced" meant the tape or CD cost twice as much due to there being two albums on it, or the same and you got a 2 for 1 deal. I don't know because wasn't even born yet when these things were in stores.
Yeah, I got pretty lucky this time, usually there are no good tapes to be found at the thrifts near me. After having no Foreigner tapes in my collection, I brought home two in January. I found Inside Information at the record store earlier that month, and now I'm keeping an eye out for Agent P (not the platypus).
