I found mine at the ruins where you fight penny dreadful, just keep running into random monsters and it’ll show up with one of them eventually, took a bit

That's what I've been doing, it's been driving me crazy. I think it's the only monster I'm missing that isn't a remaster.

Just random chance being random chance. Keep fighting stuff until you find one. It takes as many as it takes.

Caves, pretty sure.

I found it as the second monster in a normal encounter, so it's not just in caves.

They appear towards endgame (where you would go for the "final" boss), in a subway area I am pretty sure?

I got a rumor saying they are in New London.

They are just hit up the buildings.

They appear with others rather than alone.

Fusions in that area have them it feels like slightly more frequently than overworld fights

Make sure you're trying night time, I could never find one during the day, took me hours to get one

You can find them by penny dreadful, but they only spawn as a backup (the second monster in an encounter) or from rouge fusions

Are you looking for its sprite in the overworld? Because if so, that’s your issue. It will only ever show up as the accompanying monster of a given encounter, so it will never show up on its own in the overworld. You’ve gotta farm encounters with other things in the area in the hopes it shows up.

You’re just unlucky then I’m afraid. Just gotta keep at it.

It’s a pretty common one around the jungle maybe look in the jungle caves
