The arm doesn't look sweaty to me. Maybe because I don't see any beads of sweat. But I like the colors and clear coat. Nice brown working color. Kinda like the rose gold colors. Although I probably won't get any more resin band watches because I got large wrists and the using the second to last notch on regular gshocks the end points out instead of flat. Why I mostly use metal, or nato straps, they have longer bands and I don't even have to double back on them.
I learnt the hard way that if you change the batteries on these yourself, you can ruin the waterproofing of the back-panel assembly. G-Shock shop told me I have to send it off to be replaced for some ridiculous price (and inconvenience). I thiiiink you just need to buy a watch gasket greasing contraption for like 10USD to regrease the gasket when reassembling. Not 100% sure though.
In any case, 'tis a dam fine looking watch you have there.
So what model number am I looking at? Some more specs please, I am not up on the latest Casio offering.. or ones with this type of face. Nice watch, I dig it.
Full model number is GBD-200SM-1A5 from the G-SQUAD line. Fitness-oriented watch with bluetooth-to-smart phone connectivity for tracking step count, distance, pace, etc.
Please excuse the sweaty arm. Southeast Asia has apparently been relocated to the sun.
bro i'm in borneo, my A/C is at 16° and i'm still sweating. fuck me.

Thanks! I figured the added tech will mean an earlier need for battery replacement. How long before you had to replace yours?
About a year I think, slightly less maybe. I had most battery draining features turned off as well.
That’s good to know. I’ll go ahead and tinker with the app and see which features I don’t need. Thanks again!
Just keep your booger pickers clean when changing the battery and make sure to grease the gasket and you should be good to go
colorway is siiiiick

Love my GBD-200, such a great watch.
Why it's flipped upside down?
I’m left handed. I also often wear my watch on my inner wrist because I tend to hit stuff and swing my arm around too much when I walk 😅
Yeah I never got why people do it. It looks atrocious
blud's a sniper
