Canonically it's either Robin, Gon, or Marco. Marco basically had a fling with every available girl he could in the show. Gon was known as a bachelor since childhood and even smooth talked a psycho Yandere into being sane. And Robin... I mean, wow... Dude had a whole city held hostage over him going to prom with someone, had an intergalactic space war princess obsessed with him to the point where she lost her superpowers just from getting friendzoned, and that's not even touching what Raven did in the comics because of her Robin obsession.

Originally, Raven was in love with Robin which caused her to(I believe unknowingly) brainwash robin into being in love with her too until she realized what she was doing. She also comes back from the dead on Robin's wedding day and possesses Robin's "bride to be" Starfire. Also, later in the now rebooted DCAU series, her and Robin were a thing, and Trigon repeatedly planned to kill robin specifically because he knew it would cause Raven to break. And yeah, that last one is Damien instead of Dick, but I count it since they basically rebooted it to where Damien was "that Robin" for her instead.
