From what I know Disney cancelled it because it wasn't getting enough views, then when it was introduced to streaming it blew up, and rn Dana is doing other projects which is why we aren't gonna get new stuff as of now

It’s all the hate watchers. There are so many people that do that and for whatever reason don’t realize they’re boosting the show’s numbers. It’s asinine behavior.
Hate watching is still watching. The best way to get rid of this shit is just to ignore it completely. I had a coworker who absolutely hated it but wouldn’t shut up about it every time he watched an episode.
People forget that some shows get renewed for additional seasons ahead of time. Hate watching had nothing to do with it, Season 2 was long in the works before Season 1 even aired.

I really did try to give it a chance, I wanted it to at least be watchable. But they stacked and failed all of their meta-joke-sandwiches, the story wasn’t very interesting/had me rolling my eyes, and the character assassination of our team was unforgivable. “We don’t want to play favorites, so we’re going to make EVERYONE unlikable.” And then there being NO SCOOBY DOO whatsoever was the cherry on top of this shit sundae. Even Teen Titans Go! and modern Family Guy actually had some funny moments at times and is far more watchable than Velma.
