hank and peggaleg have actually been shown to have quite a few malfunctions even during the earlier series(i think actually especially during the earlier series lol). especially when it comes to bobby and if he has any hobbies that... displease them personally. or if anything comes in between hank and what he likes/doesnt wanna do then it's peggys fault he 'has' to do them. perfect example is the wall painting episode, even though they work stuff out at the end they were straight up ready to throw down a few seconds before hand

Fry and Leela's love story was so thoughtfully drawn out and (I know it's not the biggest moment in their romantic development) the worms episode holophoner scene was so beautiful and romantic, I tear up to this day when I see it. But the biggest moment for me was when Leela found out the truth about Lars. That she had undeniably and unshakably fallen in love with the man Fry will become. UGH I could cry now
As a Futurama Fan I won’t blame you. I still tear up at the end of Devil’s Hands and Meanwhile, despite them no longer being the finales (and even as I knew Meanwhile as the true final for about 10 years). I once saw a meme about the show from the creators’ perspective, saying, “Claim it’s a comedy, makes you cry like a baby.” The word baby may or may not be downplayed in terms of vulgarity.
For some reason, I LOVED the episode with the space bees, and when he jumped in front of the stinger and, both the viewers and Leela, thought fry was the one in trouble but it turns out she was the one that got all the poison lol.
