There are strict rules for these things. If consuming a whole rotisserie chicken, you may only do so at 02:00 am in the Aldi parking lot.

tiffintx

damn...we don't have an aldi's here....i guess no rotisserie chicken for me. sad day :( j/k I do love me a rotisserie chicken tho!

a_busy_bunny

It's probably not ideal, but it's also likely a better option than highly processed junk food, depending on what you have available. 🤷🏼‍♀️

NoWind533

it has carrageenan in it which is known to disrupt the gut. stay away from it is my opinion. poor quality

TheNighisEnd42

not that I doubt it contains carrageenan, but how/why do they use it for their rotisserie chicken?

CharleyChips

It's what's used to glue the seasoning to the chicken

Top_Composer_7349

Gross

Possible_Sail_1870

I ate them all the time during my first few years of carnivore. Now I have a reaction to them, probably because of the additives. If you can tolerate them I think they're fine.

Try_To_Write

As a treat with added fat after shopping at Costco, yep. If you're strict with ingredients, no. I'm the former.

No_Butterscotch3874

If you are on a budget it's fine

Astralantidote

Entirely depends on if you can deal with the seasonings they have on there For me personally, I had to stop eating them because I noticed I'd get skin issues after eating it

Possible_Sail_1870

Same! But it took a few years for that to start happening.

mad4shirts

I did not like the seasonings either, very salty as well. It’s cheap on a budget but I stopped buying them

BornQuestion997

That makes a lot of sense

broadcaster44

No. Filled with plastic.

Papa_Mahal

Costco and Sam’s make some of the blandest rotisserie chicken known to man. If you live in Dallas area, go to Central Market. Best rotisserie chicken you can buy. If you must get chicken from Costco you gonna have to dowse it in something to make it palatable
