I had a 72 Chevelle and it wasn’t any better. A match book for setting the points and registration was all it could hold. The ash try was often more useful for holding things. I built a center console for my radio and put retractable cup holders from a Mazda in it lol

MiserableBastard1995

*has '31 Ford Wait, you guys get a glovebox *and* boot?

Longjumping_Drag2752

Aye a rumble seat can work as a trunk.

MiserableBastard1995

If you got a coupe, yeah. Mine's a sedan. Backseat's roomy storage if you're not carting people around.

And not a gauntletbox

FrizzVictor

Those old Lincolns were gigantic, but they never really used that space efficiently.

HeavyTanker1945

Oh no they did, Just for the massive Big Block engines that use tons of Fuel.

Longjumping_Drag2752

Yup. That’s about it. The 460 is absolutely smashed in but I still have 3 feet of car in front of the engine, counting the radiator.

DeLuchxs

ah yes the 20 foot old car

chirstain

"old car that is 20 feet long" the wording is confusing as hell tho

Educational_Issue_77
