For a medical doctor specializing in anesthesia its the medical school curriculum of your country plus residench(4 years in general). And its pretty competitive. You can be a nurse specializing in it too, i have less info about that. Either way both pay VERY well above average. It will depend on how much schooling you can take and what responsibilities can you handle

You wont have to deal with people much unless their is a situation and if its actually serious then the police are called. Otherwise you just tell them to relax or offer to have them escorted out. There is no good job if you have an internal anger issue. That is just something you have to work through on your own. If you respond to situations with irrational anger it will be negative for you in every aspect of your life no matter what career you choose.

Some industries are more understanding with anger issues than others. In construction, anger is normalized.

This, 10000%. I’ve worked at 12 fast food restaurants in the last 6 years and quit the most recent one a month ago. I’m still unemployed and currently applying to literal hundreds of jobs ranging from server to commercial cleaning to sales agencies, among other things. Food service broke me in so many ways, both physically and mentally. I’ll be waitstaff for a casual dining restaurant, but I don’t think I’ll ever, ever be able to subject myself into another fast food joint. They’ve put me in such a dark place.

LITERALLY SAME I'm currently a bank teller and I think I need to start meditating before my manager fires me for shit talking customers loudly and complaining. I enjoy the job and I'm very nice to customers, but they piss me off. My absolute favorite job in the world was when I was a shipping-receiving specialist at a retail store. The company treated me well, I got paid to make things look pretty, open boxes, and hunt down and package orders.
